CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Most orders are processed immediately once the order is placed.

We can accept cancellation requests only if made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Cancellation requests made to Brianna Florist up to 24 hours before the delivery date are subject to a 10% cancellation charge, with a 90% refund issued to the original source of payment. Brianna Florist reserves the right to decide on waiving the cancellation charge.

For cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the order delivery date, Brianna Florist reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the order value as cancellation charges. A 100% refund is not assured but can be requested depending on the situation.

A delivery attempt will be made only once. If the recipient or delivery location does not accept the flowers, there will be no refund, and 100% of the value will be charged.
