Orders

By placing an order with Brianna Florist, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. IST can be delivered on the same day to most major cities and metros. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
For remote locations, delivery will be completed within 48 hours. If delivery to a remote location is undeliverable, the buyer will be informed and refunded.
We do not deliver on public holidays, but we do deliver on Sundays in most locations in India.
Delivery times are between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. For deliveries outside of these hours, please inquire via email.
Cancellation and Refund

We accept cancellation requests up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Cancellations within this timeframe are subject to a 10% cancellation charge, with a 90% refund issued to the original source of payment.
For cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the delivery date, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the order value. A 100% refund is not assured but can be requested depending on the situation.
A delivery attempt will be made only once. If the recipient or delivery location does not accept the flowers, no refund will be issued, and 100% of the value will be charged.
Substitution Policy

The picture shown is only a reference; the actual product may vary as flowers are seasonal in nature and may not be available in the delivery city. We will try to send the gift as close to the picture shown as possible, and flowers may be substituted in terms of color, variety, size, etc., depending on availability.
Add-on gifts such as stuffed toys, chocolates, cakes, dry fruits, fresh fruits, etc., may differ from city to city. If necessary, we will send the same or a higher value substitute.
Use of Our Website

By accessing this website, you agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
